It is firmly in the West End, so the area stays busy, well lit and easy to reach pretty much any time of day or night. Inside, our live tables run around the clock, every day, with no fixed playing windows and no last orders when it comes to gaming.
The building itself has a long story behind it. Before we turned it into Grosvenor Casino The Rialto, it was known as West London’s oldest theatre, and a lot of that structure is still there. You can see it in the high ceilings, in the layout, even in the way the room sounds when it fills up. Whether it is your first visit with us or you are back again, the basic process stays simple. When you arrive, our team at the door will ask for valid photo ID. UK law requires proof of age and identity for casino entry and we follow that closely. Once inside, you can go to the cashier desk, exchange your cash for chips in the value you prefer, and then head over to the roulette area.
On a live dealer table, you place your chips on the layout while the croupier keeps the betting window open. They will clearly say when betting starts and when it closes. At a Touchbet terminal, you choose your bet types on the screen, set the stake level and confirm everything before the wheel spins. Any returns are paid either by the croupier, in chips, or credited back to your terminal balance, depending on how you chose to play.

Our blackjack and baccarat tables are staffed by live dealers day and night. To join in, you normally wait for the hand in progress to finish, then take a seat when the dealer indicates it is fine to do so. It keeps the game flowing smoothly for everyone already at the table.
You can buy in directly at the table with cash, or bring chips you already collected from the cashier. The table limits - both minimum and maximum stakes - are shown clearly on the placard or sign on the table.
For blackjack, we use the familiar hand signals: a tap on the table to hit, a flat wave over the cards to stand. That is it, nothing out of the ordinary. In baccarat, your main decision is whether to back Player, Banker or Tie before any cards are dealt. The dealer manages all card dealing and drawing rules, so you do not need to remember anything complex.
